I recently took a Victorian London tour, and it was one of the most engaging and informative experiences I’ve had in the city. Anita brought the streets of 19th-century London to life with fascinating stories about everyday life, social classes, crime, industry, and the dramatic changes that shaped the capital during Queen Victoria’s reign. Walking through historic streets and landmarks gave me a real sense of what London was like during this remarkable period. Anita was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and able to explain historical events in an interesting way. I particularly enjoyed learning about the lives of ordinary Londoners, as well as hearing stories about famous figures and events from the era. The tour was well organized, moved at a comfortable pace, and included plenty of opportunities to ask questions. I would highly recommend this experience.

Fantastic experience! We loved the walking tour of Notting Hill & Kensington that was tailored to our request to see the beautiful Mews of the area with blooming trees and colorful homes. Anita added to it with a curated tour that included some ‘not to miss’ stops like Portobello Road & Market. Without Anita’s help we would not have experienced the most amazing day! We saw hidden treasures and had a pint at a great pub ending our tour with the most amazing memories!

She shared relevant facts that helped us understand the secular history of Biblical accounts. But she also gave thought-provoking questions and explanations. “Educational”
A marvellous and educational walk with London tour guide Anita. The hour and a half walk of Roman London commenced at Tower Hill underground station and finished immediately outside the Guildhall in the City of London. At all times Anita was able to speak and educate the children (and adults) about so many aspects of the Romans. Anita is excellent in explaining history to young children.

We had a wonderful tour! Not only did we learn historical significance of so many of London’s hallmark landmarks but we had so much fun. Anita is a fountain of knowledge and has a great sense of humor and made the tour great fun. I’m only sorry we didn’t have more time in London so we could have booked another tour with her. The history and stories she provided about each of the iconic structures most of us want to see in London was quite fascinating and at times amusing and delivered in such a very captivating manner. Loved the city tour with Anita! It was my first time in London and seeing the city with our very knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide was definitely way better than seeing these things self guided. The city is full of so much history. I love that she showed us the features of the city oftentimes overlooked by standard tours and even people born and raised there. We loved our walking tour with Anita. She was right when she suggested it would help us to know what we wanted to see in London for the rest of our trip. Anita did such a nice job showing us the buildings and telling us the stories behind them. It made the history come alive. We had a vague idea about London history, but Anita’s overview and stories helped us put things in place, from the lake with the birds in St James’ park to all the different squares to explaining the major landmarks like St Paul’s Cathedral and Tower and London Bridges. Fantastic, highly recommended, only problem is we ran out of time to take all the tours, we will have to return soon
