A marvellous and educational walk with London tour guide Anita. The hour and a half walk of Roman London commenced at Tower Hill underground station and finished immediately outside the Guildhall in the City of London. At all times Anita was able to speak and educate the children (and adults) about so many aspects of the Romans. Anita is excellent in explaining history to young children.

The history and stories she provided about each of the iconic structures most of us want to see in London was quite fascinating and at times amusing and delivered in such a very captivating manner. Loved the city tour with Anita! It was my first time in London and seeing the city with our very knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide was definitely way better than seeing these things self guided. The city is full of so much history. I love that she showed us the features of the city oftentimes overlooked by standard tours and even people born and raised there. We loved our walking tour with Anita. She was right when she suggested it would help us to know what we wanted to see in London for the rest of our trip. Anita did such a nice job showing us the buildings and telling us the stories behind them. It made the history come alive. We had a vague idea about London history, but Anita’s overview and stories helped us put things in place, from the pond with the birds in St James’ park to all the different squares to explaining the major landmarks like St Paul’s Cathedral, Tower of London and the London Bridges. Fantastic, highly recommended! The only problem is we ran out of time to take all the tours. We will have to return soon.

This is the 2nd tour I've taken with Anita and it was as expected exceptional. She managed to keep the tour engaging for both the adults and the children (ages 4-10). We felt like we had got to know Samuel Pepys and other historical characters personally as she brought the history alive and made us feel like we were there. Despite having recently done quite an indepth project on the fire of London we learnt lots of new and quirky facts. I'm already looking forward to our next tour!
